removing a site from the blacklist

We found our site: bchange [.]cc in your blacklist as phishing.  But our site is clean.

we have already sent a report on 'false positive' through the form https://www.bitdefender.com/submit/ and directly to the mail 2 times for each of them,but it has been 10 days, there is no response...
