I have received a suspicious charge from my bank account that I did not authorize for $89.99. I have had auto renew disabled since 12-31-2018, is there a way I can be refunded?

From what it seems, you have re-enabled the automatic renewal by manually renewing your subscription, after you disabled the automatic renewal. You were also sent some notifications via e-mail that you have the option enabled and that the license will auto-renew, thus, you can rest assured as the automatic renewal was not made without notifying you.
