Can we use different email IDs on each individual devices to set-up bitdefender under the same purchased account?

If I understood your question correctly, you'd like to know if it is possible to split the device seats under your license between multiple email addresses.
This is not currently possible, still, if you'd like to install Bitdefender on another computer without giving away your account's credentials, you can follow these steps:
1. Access Bitdefender Central.
2. Select the My Devices panel.
3. In the My Devices window, click INSTALL BITDEFENDER.
4. Choose On another device.
5. Enter the email address to which you'd like to send the installation kit.
6. Run the kit by downloading it from the aforementioned email account. The product will be installed and activated by doing so, without requiring your Bitdefender Central credentials.
