How to create an exception for power shell ******

I'm trying to diagnose a BSOD using a Power Shell ****** from here https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/2198-bsod-posting-instructions.html

BD blocks it. Screen shot attached. How do I configure BD to allow this to run?
