How do I make Rescue usb?

Hello,

I have another computer infected. I am unable to connect to internet. I am unable to press F8 because I had a bad keyboard and replaced it with wireless keyboard and mouse but can not do f8 to run safe mode with networking so unable to update or install anything. Have bitdefender total security 2020 active but need to clean that computer before connecting to internet so I can update and run Bitdefender. I need help!

Method #1: msconfig

1. Boot into your Windows 8
2. You need to boot into Windows 8. If you can’t boot, you need the original Windows 8/8.1 installation DVD/USB – read F8 on Windows 8.
3. Press the Windows and R keys at the same time to open the Run utility
4. Type msconfig
5. Go to the Tab tab
6. At the Boot options section, check the following checkboxes: Safe Boot and MinimalThe configuration should be like this:

1. Click OK
2. Restart the computer
3. If you’re prompted by a System Configuration window to restart or exit without restart, click Restart

Method #2: Choose an option

1. Boot into Windows 8 until you reach the login screen. Do not login as any user.If you don’t have a login screen, boot into Windows 8/8.1 and go to Settings.
2. Press the Power button
3. Hold the Shift key and click Restart

1. Click Advanced Options
2. Click Startup Settings
3. Click Restart
4. Your computer will now restart with the Startup Settings screen

1. Click F4 to boot into Safe Mode
