Hi, I am trying to run both a quick and a system scan (launching manually) on my Mac (Catalina OS). Both crash. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any help is really appreciated. Thank you.

Kindly generate logs (https://www.bitdefender.com/support/generate-endpoint-security-for-mac-support-tool-log-1556.html) & open a support ticket with customer support at https://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html .Attach the logs and describe your issue. The support team will reply back and help you regarding your issue.
NOTE : Do not forget to attach logs. Reply may be delayed due to covid19 and shortage of staff.

Have been facing the same issue since One week. Got the below response from the Bitdefender Support .
"Thank you for your patience throughout this entire process and please accept my apologies for the frustration that we might have caused.
I have looked into the case and it seems that the situation is caused by an issue which has already been acknowledged by our development team. We are currently working on a fix which will be done by means of automatic update and won't require any additional action on your end."
Good to know that the issue will be fixed via update feed.
