Can I unsubscribe from an Android device and remount it on a Windows device?

Sure.

1. Just visit central.bitdefender.com and login
2. Click on My devices
3. Click on the device which you want to remove (the android one)
4. Click on 3 dots on right side
5. Click on Remove and confirm the action
6. Now you can install the protection on another device
