Renewal
Confused as just received e-mail saying auto renewal soon but my Bitdefender dashboard claims I have 374 days left??????

Here is what you can do :
1) You can cancel the auto renewal of your product (if you want) ,but then in future you will have to renew the product manually by yourself.

2) Regarding the current situation, kindly drop an email to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com
Response may be delayed due to less staff and covid19. Rest be assured, they will reply back asap.
