Lost my Personal Folders

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this and not a techie. My desktop is PC, Win10, Office 365.

I logged into a familiar website and got a block from Bitdefender. I told the system to "Let me in anyway". Then I got a pop-up that I had old, unused files in an archive and asked if I wanted to delete them. I foolishly said yes and lost a bunch of stuff in Outlook, like email address that were no longer data files, etc.

I got most of that back but, when I explore files, my Personal Files folder is missing. I have a ton of important stuff in saved emails that I really need to find.

Support was very helpful but they're a little over my head in that what they suggest hasn't worked. But, I may be doing it wrong.

Any help is appreciated,

Since support on forum is limited, it is advised to drop an email to bitdefender support regarding your issue at bitsy@bitdefender.com

Replies may be delayed due to covid-19 & less staff but they will reply asap.
