MacOS 10.15.6 Uninstall and Reinstall Issue

I was having issues with Bitdefender so used the Uninstall Tool. Uninstalled, restarted and tried to reinstall Bitdefender. Software package downloads BUT keep getting message after authorizing (password required by System):

The Installation failed (see pict)

Bonjour,

Je déterre le sujet pour les attardés du renouvellement de leur vieil iMac fiable matériellement mais honteusement abandonné par Apple au niveau des couches de sécurité du système. J'espère qu'un jour nos députés européens mettrons les pieds dans le plats.

Donc j'ai un Imac 2009 osx 10.11.6 El capitan. Je me posais la question d'installer BitDefender.

Pour tous ceux qui sont comme moi c'est impossible depuis la date indiquée dans l'article officiel https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/71263-91951-bitdefender-endpoint-security-for-mac- -fin-du-support-pour-os-x-el-capitan--10-11-.html

Il restera donc simplement sous la protection plus légère de ma BitDefender Box2.

Je remercie au passage Bitdefender d'offrir avec la Box2 une solution en particulier sur la domotique et pour nos vieux ordinateurs. Bien sûr c'est un produit jeune mais il fait le job, patience donc...

Pour information, je possède une Freebox dont j'ai arrêté le wifi pour utiliser celle de Bitdefender Box (protection oblige) . Le Wifi 2.4 Gh de la BitDefender Box est le meilleur que le Wifi de la Freebox car j'ai pu arrêter un répéteur de la Freebox qui permet d'atteindre une partie éloignée de ma maison.

Je reviens à nouveau sur le sujet car j'ai vu peu de temps après que Chrome flex de Google permettait de donner une seconde jeunesse à mon iMac 2009 en en faisant une Chrome machine. Si donc en installant Chrome flex sur mon Mac aurais-je la possibilité de monter aussi Bitdefender ?

Est-ce que quelqu'un s'est lancé ce défi et peut-on espérer le faire sans que Bitdefender n'est à produite une version spéciale pour cette configuration ?

Nous n'avons pas de solution de protection disponible pour Chrome Flex et à priori il n'est pas possible d'installer des applications Android avec le Play Store sur ce système.

Je ne peux pas vous dire si une version de Bitdefender sera disponible pour ce système, car il n'y a rien de prévu pour le moment. Je pense que c'est peu probable qu'une solution de protection soit développée pour Chrome Flex, à moins que ce système devienne de plus en plus populaire.

Although it is Buho-Cleaner, it was possible to support it with a free version instead of a paid license.
