Get the full version now message on Android device

Hi, I have recently added Bitdefender to my Android phone.
Despite having a current Bitdefender Internet security pacakage, I get a message on my Android device telling me to get the full version now (14 days of trial remaining).
Have tried deinstalling app then reinstalling to no avail.
