MainSignalSearch keeps generating adware

I just installed Bitdefender and have ran a few scans. It has cleaned up multiple files. However it is repeatedly detecting adware threats coming from MainSignalSearch and MainSignalSearch.py . I've only had the software installed for 2.5 hours and it has already eliminated approaching 2000 of these threats. It doesn't appear to be able to prevent them... need some help on what to do to stop this... Appears that online there is another program that claims to be able to remove this (Combo Cleaner) but seems strange to me that Bitdefender can't handle this and I'd have to install another virus software to address the issue...
