Bitdefender technical problems on iOS
Dear Expert, yesterday I bought the Bitdefender Family Pack 2021 and on the Mac OS devices it works like a charm. However, I am writing to you because I encountered some problems installing the antivirus on iOS and iPad OS devices. Namely, after installing Bitdefender Mobile Security on these systems, everything looks fine on the application level. However, in my account https://central.bitdefender.com/devices I get messages "Device is at the risk". When I click "view issues", nothing specific appears. However, wen I go to iOS app Central the message "no active subscriptions" appears. Of course, the account to which I log in to the iOS application is an account at https://central.bitdefender.com. I would be very grateful for your help. I also attach the screenshots.
