Let's try to do it this way

    1. Exclude "Onedrivetemp" folder from scanning in Bitdefender settings. (This is a hidden folder, so you must show it in the File tab of the Explorer view)

    2. Disconnect from the Internet and run a full scan, and when the scan is done, the history of all detected items and removal of all found threats.

    3. Re-enable the "onedrivetemp" folder for scanning, then hide the "Onedrivetemp" folder and restart your computer. Run a full system scan again (this will determine if the malware is on your device or in the cloud storage)

    4. Check how your computer works when the system starts normally as you do it all the time

If you find a security vulnerability in any of Microsoft's online services, please send an email to "secure@microsoft.com." You should receive a response to your application within 24 hours. To help engineers identify a potential vulnerability, include as much information as possible in your report.

Additionally to what @Alex_A said in previous comment, kindly perform below steps & see if this helps you in anyway.

    1) Restart PC in safe mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode)

    2) Open run command (windows icon +R) and enter below command one by one :

temp ,delete all the files in the folder

%temp% ,delete all the files in folder

prefetch ,delete all the files in folder

    3) Reset your browser's (whichever you use)

    Chrome : https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

    Firefox : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

    4) Restart your PC in general mode by unticking the option that you selected to run the system in safe mode and then click apply.

    5) Run full system scan with bitdefender.

ADDITIONALLY I CAN ALSO SEE THAT YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR QUERY IN MICROSOFT FORUMS AND YOU WERE REDIRECTED TO BITDEFENDER FORUM FROM THEIR MVP (Most Valuable Professional) : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/all/trojanforkbomb-keep-infecting-my-pc/e81e378c-5377-4924-abcc-5c07630a21a9

KINDLY UNDERSTAND IF THE DETECTION IS COMING FROM A SPECIFIC AV VENDOR, THE PRIORITY SHOULD BE TO CONTACT SUPPORT OF THAT SPECIFIC AV VENDOR, SINCE THE DETECTION CREATED BY BITDEFENDER (IN YOUR CASE) MAY NOT BE FAMILIAR TO MICROSOFT OR IN SOME CASES MICROSOFT MAY NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THE MALWARE THAT BITDEFENDER DETECTED.
