Bitdefender asks for permission when using Terminal on Mac

Sometimes, when I use the terminal on my Mac, Bitdefender asks for permissions.
Is there something I can do to turn this off? It's quite intrusive.
I'm using Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac, Version 8.3.0.8
My Mac's on Version 11.2.2.

You have to allow the CLI apps to access protected folders in the safe files module, this is the intended behavior, you can look up a more comprehensive break down of the feature, but is basically a way to prevent data loss on critical Folders, you can mitigate the annoyance by protecting folders with just very important and sensitive data and leaving the other less critical stuff to be protected by the signatures and behaviour modules.
