Installation on Windows Vista PC

I have renewed my Bitdefender 2020 plus on my Windows 10 PC .

I have donwloaded the link for installation on another PC. This PC is a Windows Vista. But I receive following error message when I open the link:

"Can not open the link. The information, that you request, can not be downloaded"

Who can help me.

I have tried your link, but without succes.

I read on the internet that Bitdefender did not support Windows 7 anymore. Same will probably apply for Windows Vista.
