Hello,

I have just purchased a new bit-defender total security 2021 subscription. (i still have 21 days left on my current one)

I then went to central and downloaded this file: bitdefender_windows_efc59038-33f1-4247-af40-82fa19f0eeeb.exe. My problem is, when i double click on it nothing happens. I cannot get it to start the installation process on my 64 bit win 10 home pc.

Any help on this issue would be most appreciated.
