Bitdefender fails to disenfect Trojan.Zmutzy.Pantera 14.8

I cant disenfect this trojan and i ran 2 system scan in a row. At first scan it was on another file. On this image its first and third threats...

Bitdefender free does has some limitations when compared to commercial version. It may happen sometime that the free version may spot a malware but may not be able to remove, repair or quarantine the file.

Additionally, not all malware are meant to be cleaned. Malware like virus can be disinfected by AV vendors by removing the malicious code in them but trojans, spyware, ransomware are meant to be deleted, since they cannot be cleaned.

In your case since you are on the free version and the detection is trojan & not virus, hence the sample should be either qurantied or deleted. If it is not, then you will have to either delete the file manually or switch to 30 day trial of commercial version before you think of buying the subscription for the same.
