Bitdefender is Blocking my Bank Statement Download

Hi guys. When i access my online banking and try to download the statement Bitdefender is blocking it and i've virtually tried everything and still cant do it. Any hints ?

(PS: I already have put the domain of the bank in the whitelist and it still blocks)
