VPN on Andriod date usage

Hi all,

I have the 200MB version of the VPN as part of the security package I have with bitdefender.

For some reason the 200 MB goes in seconds when it's turned on, I've nothing running that I can see, is there a way to tell what apps are using my data allowance?
