Help removing Trojan.Generic.KDV.164810

All,

New here, but a long-term use of Bitdefender. I ran a system scan and I'm getting a msg that the computer is infected with a "Trojan.Generic.KDV.164810".

I tried looking for the file without luck (including hidden files); Bitdefender won't delete or quarantine it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
