The XML page cannot be displayed

After running a scan I am getting the error below when attempting to read the log. After I follow the instruction (to the extent I understood it) and then try to resave the XML file I am getting a "You do not have permission to open this file. see the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission." error.
