getting problem for windows 7

i have purchased a license of total protection for my windows 7

but is showing me compatibility reason and not getting installed on my pc

so what can i do for this problem

please give me a solution for this.asap

it's because the security updates that are offered under the ESU program are cumulative. ... do they have to purchase licenses for the preceding year(s) as well
