Cant seem to get past step six to unsub when i log in to central

when i log in to central it looks nothing like the bit defender help section clips that show you what to do so i cant find the sub buttons to change it i get to step six and see no options it just shows what Licenses i have says my services at the top "+activate with code" and the year it exp. ect. but no side bar to un sub or anything please help im lost here.maily i cant access my payments.
