screen looping

I have TotalSecurity on a Mac mini and when I try to start Bitdefender I get a sign-in screen. After I enter my password another confirmation screen pops up that ask for the password pin for the computer.
bitdefender does not open. If I click on the Bitdefender icon again, the same log-in screen reappears. Maybe it would be best to just delete Bitdefender since I don't see any chance of getting help.
