Migrate Bitdefender Total to M1 Mac Mini

I have Bitdefender Total installed on my iMac running High Sierra, 10.13.6. I want to migrate to a new Mac Mini M1. What do I have to do to insure an easy migration? I can migrate using Time Machine, Super Duper bootable, or WiFi. Will Bitdefender migrate like other programs, or must I uninstall and then reinstall? And how do I do both of those if necessary?
