Netgear Armor - Removing Old Device w/o Active Subscription
Hello! Hoping you can help as Netgear Support didn't have much to offer :)
Back in April, I had a Netgear Orbi with Netgear Armor (BitDefender), but I returned the router. Last week, I picked up a new one after a failed attempt using something else. Everything is setup great, however if I go to the https://armor.netgear.com/myrouters, it shows BOTH routers, the old one as well as the new.
That in and of itself wouldn't be a problem, however some of my devices that were around back then are appearing on the OLD router with updates, not the new one. I don't even have an active Netgear Armor sub on the old router.
The site above (which according to Netgear Support is actually Bitdefender's) doesn't offer any way to remove a router from my account. Do any of the experts here know how I can get this extraneous router removed?
