Problem with Premium VPN

My Premium VPN keeps switching off leaving me unprotected.

I experienced this with the standard VPN so I bought the Premium version only to find it isn't working all the time.

It appears to be turning off my Internet too.

Please advise.

My guess is it's not the plan that's causing the issue (Bitdefender VPN Standard or Premium) but rather something else. For that, my advice is to contact tech support here https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/
