Rootkit.MBR.Zegost.G (Boot image)

I can't seem to get this Rootkit.MBR.Zegost.G (Boot image) off my system, please assist, I've reset windows (delete everything option) and that didn't seem to help.

Hello there You can launch a rescue disk via Bitdefender and I will put instructions down below this should remove it if not you should delete restore points and run ESET Online Scanner and Norton Power Eraser But running the Bitdefender rescue environment down below I will put instructions Now

Hello i am having the same issue with a root kit named Rootkit.MBR.Zegost.H i tried the instructions written and it didn't work please help
