I'm locked out of my account and I'm the administrator. Nobody answers the phone when I call support and I left three emails. Meanwhile, my clients are at risk, I can't do billing.

Not sure why I'd continue using Bitdefender at this point.

Any ideas how to proceed?

  • Bogus answer, why would I do what you're implying. I'm using one of my client accounts. I finally got a call back from the emails I sent and they resolved the problem by getting me in touch with the account manager I use with Atera.
