How to import Password Manager data back into Wallet?

I want to move from the new Password Manager back into Wallet but I don't see a method for doing that. When I installed the new product I didn't realize it is completely browser based. I changed many passwords after the move just to keep things up to date. Having to keep the master password quickly accessible and unencrypted for the number of times it is required in a day is not suitable...or secure. I am now running a hybrid system of Wallet and Password Manager. That is not at all satisfactory.

Exporting from Password Manager was straight forward; importing into Wallet wasn't obvious to me. Password Manager created a csv file, Wallet appears to require a db file. I don't know those files to be interchangeable.
