I'm posting this to let you know that I'm no longer using your services. I pay you for a service. I turn off your service and place exemptions on the programs that I don't want you to interfere with, yet you do it anyways. I've fought with this shady company for years over stupid things and this is enough. I'm done. If you fight me on cancelling again, then I'll cancel the card this time. F you.

I'm really sorry to hear this and to see your dissapointment. In regards to crypto mining software, while I do understand your point of view, the perspective is quite straightforward: while the "safety" of the mining software cannot be checked, we cannot allow our large mass of users to be exposed. We acknowledge that many of our customers who choose Bitdefender are Experts (especially in this Community), such as yourself, but how about the rest the world?

Any mining software should be classified as malicious by various AV vendors, not only us. So, detection will always stay for them. You will have to disable real time protection of bitdefender before you want to install mining software (at your own risk). Which we don't recommend.
