How to 'lock' the mobile app? or 'Swipe Up' - Android 11

Hi,
I can 'lock' individual apps however, I would like to pin lock the Bit Defender mobile app on child's phone...sorry I just cannot 'see' how to do this :-( The suggestions online do not even match what I 'see' on phone :-(

Is it possible to pin lock 'swipe up' (view all apps) in Android 11?

Any help would be much appreciated :-)
