Bitdefender GravityZone installation Packages

Hello,
the configuration of the packages created with Bitdefender GravityZone indicates that for correct operation I need to uninstall Acronis true image. Why?

Same situation: I am trying to install the package created by GravityZone but it tells me that in order to proceed I have to uninstall Acronis True Image 2019 even though it is not listed among the incompatible products and ATI's Active Protection feature is disabled.

I tried as explained in this link (https://kb.acronis.com/content/68287) but it is not applicable to the 2019 version of ATI.

The same problem also appears to occur with Acronis' enterprise products, Cyber Protect and Cyber Backup (https://kb.acronis.com/content/68248).

How do I resolve?
