Problem with HDMI to USB converter?

I have used Bitdefender Safepay for a couple years without any issue. But now, since I've installed a second monitor, Safepay opens briefly and vanishes. I have tried everything to solve the problem. Anyone know hoe to solve this issue?

    Could you please let us know what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you encounter any other faults since installing the second monitor?

  • Sure. I rebooted; disconnected the 2d monitor (but did not uninstall driver)... We installed a second monitor on another laptop too with same converter. It has the same issue. The other laptops without it have no issue.

  • One other strange thing is the blue Bitdefender Safepay logo that is located in the top right corner on the desktop.

  • Thanks, I have been trying to get support. No luck yet.

  • I got them. About to call them again. This is weird. After 24 hours disconnected from the 2d monitor, Safepay worked again. When I reconnected the monitor, it went down as before.
