Subscription Problem

Hello,

I purchased Bitdefender IS and installed it in 23 August 2021, All is well done and it was written: "valid to 22 August 2022" . In January 2022, I reinstalled windows and all others software. When connecting to Bitdefender central, it gives me only a one-month trial on the same account. It seems weird really ... How to fix it ?

    Do you still have the activation code? If yes, kindly PM me so that I can check its status.

    Also, have you purchased your subscription using the same e-mail address as the one associated with your Central account? You are currently running a trial on that account, and there is no sign of a paid license, thus the activation code would be required to further investigate.
