Adding a device

Hello. I can install Internet Security on 3 devices. I installed it on my desktop no problem but it doesn't accept the activation code on my Android cell phone. Any idea why? Thank you.

    That is probably because Bitdefender Mobile is a different product, with a different subscription.

  • Hello Mike. Thanks for your response. I tried installing Bitdefender Mobile Security and Antivirus on my Android cell phone 2 different ways. First from the Play Store and secondly I installed Bitdefender Central on my cell phone and added a new device. It brought me to Play Store but same result. The message still says that the activation code is not valid. I should be able to install on 3 devices. I See attachments. Thank you.


  • Bitdefender Internet Security can be installed on 3 PCs, for Mobile Security it is a different subscription, hence the error you see.
