how do i disable hereditary rules

Hi, I'm trying to assign a policy to all the workstations on the subnet 192.168.0.0/16, which i did by creating a Location Rule with this condition.

If i filter my workstations, the problem is that the rule is applied directly to only 2 workstations, while it's applied by heredity to a lot of machines on a different subnet, here you have an example.

How can i fix this situation and apply the policy only on the pcs on the right subnet?
