mypaments is not available on Edge, Chrome or Firefox!

How should one be possible to change the subscription, when there is no "mypaments" option available at all?

I tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox, even on different computers and the option "mypaments" is not anywhere available!

That looks like fraud and not like any kind of problem with any of the above mentioned browser!

Now I have deactivated the subscription directly on paypal and I will no longer support such a fraudelent behaving.

    I have noticed that you have purchased the previous subscription through the Digital River vendor, as this is the official reseller for Bitdefender products for the German website.

    For this specific vendor, the tab may not be synchronized with the orders. The tab is also not available for licenses purchased from Partners. Usually, the tab is updated after 24 hours following a Bitdefender purchase using the .com website and 2Checkout vendor.

    In the event you have purchased a subscription and wish to cancel it, you can either send your request at cancel@bitdefender.com, or login into your Digital River account here: https://shop.bitdefender.com/FindOrderDE

    Alternatively, you may contact the Support Teams and request the cancelation of the subscription by using one of the available contact channels here:

    If an undesired renewal was already applied, you can also request a refund by sending a request to refunds@bitdefender.com within 30 days of your initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.
