Logging in to Bitdefender


I am running the latest update to Win 11 and experiencing difficulties when attempting to log in to Bitdefender as a registered user. Bitdefender refuses to acknowledge my login details, although I entered them and the capchta meticulously. Bit Defender comes back with a message, "incorrect password or username. Try again in 4 minutes, try again in 12 minutes" etc. I decided to reset the password and received an email with a link to reset the password. This I did with a new password, but Bit Defender returns a message" Too many attempts to reset password. Wait another 12 minutes". Is there a problem with Bit Defender and Win 11 updates?

I would appreciate some help here. Thanks.
