I chose a plan for 1 year, hit the button BUY and were directed to a page that didn.t load. A one sec circle and then all went white?

Is there any other way to go or is it some setting in my browser or in my Bitdefender Internet Security that causes the problem? Same problem in Firefox and Opera.

Any clues anyone?

I have tested myself and could not reproduce the issue. I suspect the browser settings or some extension that may tamper with the website.

Have you tried to access the page using incognito mode as well? Have you accessed the page using Bitdefender Central?
