3 Infected Files

I ran a report and it came back showing information under Statistics

Basic

Infected items: 3

Resolved Items:16

My question is I can see the 16 emails that were resolved are in quarantine. How do I find information out about the 3 showing as "Infected Items?"

What solution are you using? I'm asking because the screenshot looks different from the Home User solutions.

For Bitdefender Antivirus Plus / Internet Security / Total Security solutions, items found as infected as the ones above can be found in the "basic" section:
