Cant seem to login in my account on https://central.bitdefender.com/home

I put my user and password, then the 2fa auth code and when page reloads, takes me back to login page again. This is in several browsers, on several PCs, Windows, Mac and safari on my iPhone. May I get some help please? I can make a video proof. Thanks in advance.
