Bitdefender VPN & MS Outlook

I have installed the premium VPN and everything went well. My problem is that I can't receive emails through MS Outlook Version 2201 (Build 14827.20158). I have read all the FAQ's and help files but it still doesn't work. I also have Bitdefender Total Security installed. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers James

  • Me too….. as of upgrading/renewing VPN Premium, I can't get emails w/o dropping the VPN. I keep getting the prompt for my Outlook password. waiting on support now
