My mobile phone security said expired but my bank was debited $14.95. My security on my phone hasn't updated. Do you know why? Or what should I do?

    It seems that your Mobile Security subscription was not extended automatically, event though the payment settled successfully. I have now manually extended the validity by one year and this should be reflected in your account shortly.
