Extending existing Family pack 15 Devices license

Hello,

I have active Family pack 15 Devices license that gets expired in xx/2025. I recently bought similar product from NewEgg 15 Devices/2 year license. It was my understadning that similar product licnese gets extended (have done it in past) but in this case when I try to activate code, my license does not show new renewal date xx/2027. I haven't completed the process yet.

Has something changed? How do I extend my license?

if i dont activate the code now and use it in xx/2025, will it work?

Update: spoke to support, turns out atmost I can have 5 year license. Will ave to wait few months before i can add 2 more year.

    That is correct, the Central subscription validity cannot exceed 5 years.
