cut the tariff rate


Bitdefender total security began to cut the tariff rate 1-2 months ago . I have been using for 2 years now. Before that, there was nothing like it. I found this out by talking to the support of the provider. They said to turn off the antivirus for a while and speedtest showed the declared speed.

How to treat this problem?
