You can post a screenshot by clicking on the "upload image" option located at the bottom of the typing area. Several features are displayed there and files can also be uploaded. However, based on your description of the situation encountered, I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. The engineers may request some logs from you.
