Trying to stop automatic renewal, but getting nowhere. can anybody help !!

You can configure the preferences of the automatic renewal feature either using your Central account, 2Checkout account, using the link in notifications that are sent prior to the actual renewal or by sending your request at cancel@bitdefender.com .
