I want to turn off Antivirus but it is asking me for a PIN. I never set a PIN to my memory. What is going on?

    Hello @UJ_1,

    Can you post a screenshot displaying the PIN request? I am not sure exactly what is being requested by the app. Have you protected your Bitdefender settings with a password? Are you using Mobile Security? In this case, it can be the password you are using to unlock the phone.
